All of the following projects were designed by Masterpiece Waterfalls' Charlie and Micah Harwell. Each project is designed to fit the area, style of home, and client wishes. Formal Elegance

Timeless Roman design elements breathe elegance into this 2.5 acre project. Palm trees and domestic planting accent the strong lines of the hardscape. Private sitting areas offer a panoramic view of the yards. A remote planting island is split by a wooden trellis into two areas with beautiful Jacaranda trees. The swimming pool is bordered with multiple elevations and balustrades. Sheer descent falls and dolphins provide the sound of falling water.

English Gardens

This beautiful project is decorated by a wood gazebo, formal hedges, and white picket fences. The unique butterfly shape of the swimming pool is accented by an arched brick bridge connecting the main walk to the elevated gazebo area.

Jewel of Italy

This private back yard is a classy example of using vertical lines and mirroring to give a sense of depth. The centerpiece rotunda sits atop a relaxing spa surrounded by balustrades and date palms.

Spanish Paradise

A Spanish picture postcard taken in the midst of desert? Brick columns cap the stucco walls and tile fountain centerpiece. The swimming pool features a beach entry, a recreated rock slide, and a bridge that leads to rock caves.

Stylish Retreat

This bold design won designer Charlie Harwell first place in the nationally-recognized Aqua Magazine awards. Eye-catching black tile is contrasted by white French coping for a stunning swimming pool. It features two mirrored spas, elevated planters, and an elevated rear lounge deck.

Exquisite Entertainment

This project was designed with entertaining in mind. Walkways take you to several levels, behind the pool to a Roman columned gazebo. The balusters lining the walkway match the home's architecture. Park lights and Grecian statues complete this elegant setting.

Southwestern Oasis

The Southwestern flavor of this landscape was designed to match the architecture of the home. you'll find turquoise tile in the pool and brick steps along with pink hues in the recreated rocks and the azalea trees. Several varieties of palms are represented. The decking is a specially imprinted and colored concrete.

Neptune's Domain

Extravagant palms provide a rich backdrop to this Roman project. Statuary accents the Mediterranean lines of this entertaining pool. The sunken firepit with seating is great for cold-weather outings, or to roast marshmallows.

Freehand Formal

This manicured yard is designed to provide privacy while keeping a view of the golf course. Formal planters line the walkways that lead to a stunning swimming pool and waterfall. The nearby trellis houses a table and chair set and full barbecue station.

French Courtyard

Though enclosed by wrought-iron fencing and brick columns, this front-yard swimming pool feels very open. An arched bridge with sheer decents provides access to the home's entry. The French coping highlights the pool and ties in the column finials.

Roman Classic

Trees and shrubbery provide a secluded, sunken entertaining area. The classic lines of the pool and steps are detailed with white French coping.

Italian Beauty

Rustic columns and statuary contrast the velvety green golf course in the background.

Country Estate

This "dry creek" is actually a functional irrigation pathway connecting the fields nearby. The bridges are faced with cultured stone and framed by brick lighting columns.

Fiesta!

This multi-level Spanish-style yard is decorated with a variety of palms. 12"x12" terra cotta tile lines the perimeter of the swimming pool and spa. The sunken bar to the left is fully equipped to handle any entertaining.

Manicured Serenity

This multi-level, brick-lined pool with its recreated boulders is just part of the charm of this landscaping. Two covered patios contain everything needed for any type of outdoor barbecue or backyard get-together. Climbing roses and park lights put the finishing touches on its charm.

Great Things, Small Packages

Bullnose brick contrasts the buff-colored rock facing. Sheer decents provide an elegant flow of water into the pool from elevated sitting areas.
