The perfect vacation spot! The list of features at this estate reads like a multi-million dollar resort; a rock-quary style swimming pool with beach entry, spa, elliptical vanishing-edge waterfalls backlit by tiki head torches, sunken bar and lounge area, matching indoor and outdoor bridges, indoor tidepool pond with coral and an angry shark, indoor stone facade in living areas and kitchen, and more!

Our client specifically wanted to bring the feeling of being outdoors into the house. Upon walking through the front doors, the atmosphere and sense of space is almost overwhelming.

Main living area

Couches will be placed in this conversation area - it features a beautiful garden scene with climbing vines, custom grape and rose elements, real bamboo "hut", and fireplace for cozy conversation, all softened by the graceful nude. The tranquility will surround you - fountain lion heads provide the backdrop of trickling water, while the hidden speakers on either side of the statue play soft music.

The dining room features triple archways of our special pink coral brick and rustic European cobblestone walls. Continuing with the grape and rose theme, the centerpiece is a garden scene in which two nudes are picking roses. It is flanked by twin pineapple lighting fixtures that provide a soft glow of light while dining.

A simulated wood bridge connects the cave area and the conversation area over a rock tidepool. Through the windows you can see a matching bridge that connects the two sides of the back yard.

Cave entrance

Fancy a drink on the rocks? How about under the rocks?

Three bar chairs provide comfort while being served in the cave. The rock itself is a seamless combination of GFRC panels on the walls, and ultra-lightweight fiberglass panels on the ceiling. The end result is a stunning cave entrance that frames the kitchen.

Master bathroom

Step back in time into this cozy bath and enjoy the fire, all the while surrounded by beautiful Old World European cobblestone.

Our artists antiqued the stone with fractures and simulated hard water stains. The soffits above the bath provide indirect lighting via rope lights for a romantic glow in the evening.

Back yard

Relax outdoors under the pergola in comfort. Water misters keep it cool in the summer, and a built-in gas heater keeps it warm in the winter. Sit in style on the rock bench and enjoy the view of the lushly planted yard. Or stand at the bar and visit with those in the swimming pool. But don't stand to close to the cave in the corner, there is a hungry alligator awaiting you.

A conveniently placed BBQ area keeps the food close to the kitchen and the aroma close to the guests, just a few steps away. It is complete with sink, built-in BBQ, storage, and refrigerator.

You've seen beach entry pools, but have you seen a rock entry? Adorned with sago palms, these giant slabs of rock provide a slip-resistant entryway into the lagoon. Don't feel like swimming? The rock formations on the sides are great spots to dip your feet in the water.

The outdoor bridge provides passage between the pergola and spa areas of the yard. Underneath, a huge rock formation provides foundation for the house, but you won't see it unless you're underwater.

We placed real 17-million-year-old fossilized fish in the rock formations, but you'll have to look carefully for them - they are hidden quite well. The underwater barstools are stamped with shellfish, sago frawns, and starfish.
