If you have a body of water in your yard, chances are we can help with whatever you need. We can diagnose and fix any problem - no matter how great or small.
Startup service
The first two weeks following your new pool being filled are critical for your plaster. Brand new plaster must be treated carefully to ensure it's longevity. It is during this time that new plaster gains it's strength. It also produces a calcium dust that, if left alone, will cause the plaster to become very rough to the touch. The new plaster is very susceptible to stains during this period.
- Brush pool twice a day for the first week, once a day for the following week.
- Run filtration system to remove suspended plaster dust in the water.
- Clean filter as needed, as often as once per day.
- Chemically balance the water to provide the best possible environment for plaster cure.
Routine maintenance service
A clean pool is a safe pool, and our weekly pool service is the best way to achieve this.
- Water chemistry testing, including chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, and salt levels (if applicable).
- Remove debris from water, pump strainer baskets, and skimmers.
- Brush the entire interior of your pool, pushing all dirt toward bottom drain.
- Check filter pressure, backwash or clean as necessary.
- Weekly documentation of your pool including test results, chemicals added, and any actions taken.
Pool repair
- Stain removal - Rust stains, algae stains, any discoloration of the plaster.
- Tile cleaning - Bead blasting is a safe, effective way to remove scale and scum from your tile.
- Fixture repair - Broken skimmers, drains, "eyeball" returns, in-floor nozzles.
- Light replacement - Can be replaced with standard or colored lights.
- Equipment repair - We'll fix or replace your burned-out pumps, leaky filters, heaters, chlorinators, etc.
